Copyright & Licensing Information

All resources within our SEAG School Edition Range are protected by copyright. The prices listed are annual licence fees and are renewable every 12 months.

Licence Terms & Conditions

  • The SEAG School Edition Licence permits your school to print unlimited copies of our PDF resources for the sole use of a specified number of pupils within a 12-month licence period.
  • This licence is non-transferable and applies only to the named school that purchased it.
  • This licence does not permit the reproduction, sharing, lending, copying, or distribution of our PDF files or printed materials to any other school, organisation, or individuals who are not pupils enrolled with your school.
  • You may not sell any of our SEAG School Edition resources to parents or any third party.
  • Resources must not be uploaded to public websites, shared drives, social media, online marketplaces, or any platform where they can be accessed by unauthorised users.
  • Digital files may only be stored securely and accessed by authorised staff.
  • Screenshots, scans, photographs, or edited versions of the resources must not be shared or redistributed.
  • Once the licence has expired, your school must not continue to use, share, lend, sell, print, copy, or distribute the PDF files or any printed copies derived from them.
  • We will contact your school, or the person who placed the order, after your licence expires to confirm whether you would like to renew and arrange payment for the next licensing period.
  • The login provided to your school must only be shared with the P6/7 teachers using the resources with their classes. Any misuse or unauthorised sharing of login details may result in the school’s account being suspended or terminated.
  • NI Primary Resources reserves the right to withdraw access if the licence terms are breached.
  • No refunds are issued once digital access or resources have been provided.
