Terms & Conditions NI Primary Resources

  • Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, licensing, and use of all resources produced and sold by NI Primary Resources, including PDF downloads, School Edition resources, online learning content, and paper-based packs. By purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Definitions
  • “We”, “us”, “our” refers to NI Primary Resources.
  • “You”, “customer” refers to the individual or school purchasing or using our materials.
  • “Resources” refers to any PDF, digital file, School Edition Paper, online learning material, or paper-based resource produced by NI Primary Resources.
  • “School Edition Resources” refers to materials sold specifically for school use under an annual licence.
  1. Licensing & Permitted Use

3.1 Household/Individual Purchases (Standard Resources)

  • Standard resources purchased through our website (all non–School Edition items) are licensed for use by the purchaser only and within their own household.

These resources must not be:

  • Shared with other families
  • Used by schools, teachers, tutors, groups, or organisations
  • Uploaded or shared online
  • Printed for use outside the purchaser’s household
  • These items do not require a licence as long as they are used strictly within your own household.

3.2 School Edition Resources (Annual Licence Required) Only School Edition Resources require an annual licence.

  • A valid annual licence must be in place while these materials are in use.
  • School Edition Resources must not be used outside the specified licence dates.
  • They may only be used by staff within the purchasing school.
  • Materials may not be shared with other schools, organisations, teachers, or individuals.
  • Photocopying or redistribution beyond the licence terms is prohibited.

3.3 General Restrictions (All Resources) You must not:

  • Upload any NI Primary Resources materials to websites, shared drives, messaging apps, VLEs, or social media
  • Resell, loan, or distribute any materials
  • Modify, alter, or create derivative versions of our materials without permission

All content produced by NI Primary Resources— including design, text, structure, graphics, and layout—remains our intellectual property. No materials may be copied, shared, or redistributed beyond the terms of your household licence or School Edition licence.  Orders & Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
  • Prices may change at any time, but this will not affect completed orders.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of misuse or breaches of these Terms & Conditions.
  1. Digital Downloads (PDFs)
  • Digital resources are delivered instantly via email or secure download link.
  • Each customer is permitted a maximum of two downloads per purchased resource.
  • Additional downloads may be granted at our discretion.
  • All PDFs are password protected using the customer’s email address entered at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they can open and use PDF files.
  • No refunds are provided for any PDF or digital downloads under any circumstances.
  1. Paper-Based Resources
  • Paper-based packs are dispatched to the address provided at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order, with photographic evidence.
  • Replacement decisions are made at our discretion.
  • No refunds are provided for paper-based resources once they have been dispatched.
  1. Refunds & Cancellations

8.1 Digital Products

  • No refunds are provided for any PDF or digital downloads, regardless of reason.
  • Once delivered, accessed, or downloaded, the sale is final.

8.2 Paper-Based Products

  • No refunds are provided once paper-based products have been dispatched.
  • Replacements may be considered only if the wrong item was sent or the item arrived damaged.
  • Damage must be reported within 7 days with photographic evidence.

  • Digital products are delivered instantly or within minutes.
  • Paper-based products are dispatched within the timeframe stated at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary due to postal delays or circumstances beyond our control.
  1. Limitation of Liability

NI Primary Resources is not responsible for:

  • Learning outcomes or academic progress
  • Technical issues with devices, software, or internet access
  • Misuse, sharing, or unauthorised distribution of our resources

Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the purchased product.

  • We collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your order.
  • Personal data is shared only with secure payment processors and delivery providers.

  1. Online Learning – Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all online learning areas, videos, quizzes, interactive content, and digital lessons offered via the NI Primary Resources website. 12.1 Access & Accounts

  • Access to online learning content is granted only to the purchaser.
  • Login details, passwords, and access codes must not be shared with any other person, household, school, or organisation.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if account sharing or misuse is detected.
  • Online access may be time-limited depending on the resource purchased.

12.2 Permitted Use Online learning materials may be used for:

  • Personal learning within the purchaser’s household
  • Educational support for the child or children of the purchasing household

Online learning materials must not be:

  • Screen-shared, recorded, broadcast, or displayed publicly
  • Used in classrooms, tutoring sessions, or group teaching
  • Downloaded, copied, or reproduced unless explicitly permitted

12.3 Prohibited Behaviour The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing login details
  • Copying, downloading, recording, or screenshotting online learning content
  • Uploading or sharing content on any platform
  • Attempting to bypass platform security
  • Posting inappropriate messages or content if interactive features exist

Any breach may result in immediate account termination without refund. 12.4 Platform Availability

  • We aim to maintain consistent access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
  • We are not liable for downtime or technical issues.

12.5 Technical Requirements Customers are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A compatible device
  • Updated browsers or apps

We are not responsible for customers’ technical limitations. 12.6 Safeguarding

  • Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children using the online platform.
  • Minors are not permitted to create independent accounts.
  • No direct messaging features between users exist within the platform.

12.7 Intellectual Property All online learning materials, including videos, quizzes, text, and activities, are owned by NI Primary Resources. Users must not copy, record, distribute or alter any online content. 12.8 Refunds for Online Learning

  • No refunds are provided for online learning access, except where legally required.
  • Refunds are not offered for:
    • Change of mind
    • Technical issues with the customer’s device or internet
    • Expired access periods
    • Account suspension due to misuse
