When will I receive my order?

We offer a wide range of both PDF and paper-based resources. All PDF resources are available for instant access through your dashboard immediately after purchase.

Paper-based resources, unless listed as pre-order, are dispatched within 1–3 working days. For any pre-order items, the expected dispatch date will be clearly stated within the product description.

All digital products are delivered instantly and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
Once a paper-based resource has been dispatched, the delivery process cannot be stopped, and as a result, we are unable to offer a refund for that item.

Once you complete your purchase, your PDF resource will be available instantly through your dashboard and you’ll also receive a confirmation email with a direct download link.

All PDF files are password protected with the email address used at checkout. Please ensure you enter your email address in all lowercase letters when opening the file.

You can open or download each resource up to two times within one year of purchase. Each time you click the download link, it will count as one of your two available downloads.

If you created an account during checkout, you can view your remaining downloads at any time in your account section.

No! All of our SEAG Practice Papers are completely different across every pack.

For example, the Home Edition (PDF Papers), SEAG Summer Pack, SEAG Autumn Pack and SEAG Halloween Pack each contain unique papers with no repeated questions.

If your child is using our papers in school, those are part of the School Edition, which is also entirely different from all the packs listed above.

Each time a new pack is released, we send an email to all our subscribers. To receive these updates, we recommend subscribing to our mailing list.

We offer Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 papers. Since early 2026, we’ve also introduced Level 3 + and Level 3 + + papers. The difficulty levels of each set are outlined below.

  • Level 1 Papers – designed for Primary 6 pupils (Term 1)
  • Level 2 Papers – designed for Primary 6 pupils (Term 2)
  • Level 3 Papers – designed for Primary 6 pupils (Term 3)
  • SEAG Summer Pack (Level 3) – matches the expected difficulty level of the actual SEAG exam
  • SEAG Autumn Pack (Level 3+) – includes a slightly higher level of challenge
  • SEAG Halloween Pack (Level 3++) – offers a further increase in difficulty to stretch and extend pupils’ skills
